Martin's has selected Parcelforce to make delivery of your guitar. Each guitar is carefully packed to minimise the chance of damage during transit. However, we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a hard case with your guitar (or at least a gig bag) - your axe is a personal and highly valuable posession: our repair shop has seen too many damaged guitars to be blasé!
