We endeavour to keep guitars in stock at all times. However, due to imbalances between customer demand from time to time and the delivery schedules from the manufacturer, it is possible that a guitar that you order is out of stock. In the event that this happens, we will contact you immediately by email with an estimated delivery date and/or a suggested alternative. If this situation should not prove to your satisfaction, we shall of course be happy to refund you in full.

All our guitars are inspected thoroughly and set up in our workshop so that you can enjoy the optimum playing experience. If you wish your guitar to be set up in a particular way (for example, non-standard string gauge or high action) please e-mail with your requirements, and we'll do our best to satify your needs.
