Payment is due on collection of the repaired instrument.
Usually no deposit is necessary when placing the instrument in our care
for repair. However, in unusual circumstances and solely at our
discretion we may ask for a deposit if we believe that the value of the
guitar does not exceed the cost of the repair.
We accept cash or a personal cheque with bankers guarantee card. We
also accept BACS or e-banking payments.
We can accept payment by credit or debit card but only via PayPal and
only if you agree to offset the 3.4% + 20p fee that we are charged. You
can either request an invoice via email and pay from your own computer
or by following this link on our system.
Payments for custom guitars are 10% of estimated cost at design stage,
50% at commencement of work to cover cost of parts and materials and
the balance upon delivery.
