Here at MGR we pride ourselves on providing a first class service. Your playing pleasure is our concern
and we’ll do everything we can to get your guitar back into perfect playing order as soon as we can
(even if it never was in the first place - see our comments about appalling set ups on new guitars!)
Our service is to the individual. We meet, assess and observe the playing style of every one of our
customers to make sure that the job done is of the highest quality and appropriate to the musical style
and technique of the customer.
Our expertise for repairs is extensive and we will willingly tackle most jobs: acoustics, electrics, basses
(a speciality!), breakages, rattles, refurbs, upgrades, dings and chips, you name it. Please note that we
have a minimum charge of £45 - but for this you will get a pro setup plus strings
We will give you honest advice on what can be done
to repair your beloved instrument. Let's face it new
guitars are relatively cheap and sometimes it's just not worth repairing an old clunker -
unless it has great sentimental value!
